We stand behind the quality of every MORÉN ALVO piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting morenalvoofficial@gmail.com.
RETURN REQUEST
Please include in your email:
• Your order number
• Photos, if applicable, of the issue
All requests will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days. Once approved, our team will provide the correct return address and shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. MORÉN ALVO does not accept items that are worn, stained, damaged, or altered in any way. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not offer freight-to-collect (FTC) service.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Intentionally damaged items
• Items returned more than 7 days after receipt
• Items delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address or phone number)
REFUND
If approved, refunds will be issued for the product price only to the original payment method, in the currency used at purchase. Refund processing time follows the same standard applied by our production partner, Tapstitch.
